MHP Deputy Yusuf Ziya İrbeç Criticises the Government, CHP and his own party

A NEW DEMOCRATIC REORGANIZATION is a MUST

Yusuf Ziya İrbeç, MHP Deputy for Antalya said that the current political structure in Turkey could not keep pace with the rapid changes in the country. “Turkish politics is now confronted with the necessity of a new political structure. From now on, the solution cannot be possible by solely apologizing. But, being sensitive to the demands of participatory democracy and freedom can be a major part of the solution.”

Nationalist Movement Party Antalya Deputy İrbeç said that the acts of vandalism images in Gezi Park are because of the government’s approach to them. İrbeç pointed out that the Prime Minister Erdoğan has forgotten his role to act as a Prime Minister and makes provocative speeches.

“The Prime Minister is the greatest provocateur and he should immediately stop the rhetoric and polemics. Prime Minister’s incompetent cadres are in a state of “bewilderment”, do not know what to do. It is incredible to see that they genuinely believe in talking to Hülya Avşar will solve the problem. Government agencies and the police have never ever been so frazzled and the State has lost all of its gains. It is also a major blow to the commercial life. The effects of this blow will continue for years to come”.

THE POLITICAL CARNIVAL – CHP AND MHP

“While Erdoğan’s rallies are live coverage on each channel, the reactions of hundreds of thousands which last till the mornings are not even in the news. And sure enough, the creation of an opposite atmosphere is made by the pressure from the Prime Minister himself. Today, people in the streets are walking against Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s dictatorship style of administration. You cannot go against people’s will” said İrbeç, also criticized the main opposition party, the CHP and his own party, the MHP. “Everyone in the streets describes CHP as an analogy of “the car that follows the ambulance”. On the other hand, it is not possible to understand what MHP is doing. MHP’s attitude is like a carnival in politics. This situation demonstrates that there is a clear need of restructuring in the Turkish politics.

CURRENT POLITICAL STRUCTURE is OUTDATED,
RESTRUCTURING is a “MUST”

MHP Deputy İrbeç emphasized that the current political structure is entirely outdated. “The justification of this case is so obvious that it has brought together a combination of very different political approaches to a common point. Against these developments, all the political parties have failed to understand the dynamism of the society. This is not something to be taken under control by political statements and distractions. Today, people in the streets stopped all the conflicts. By yesterday, those people who are party to the political parties severed ties with their own parties. The reactions of these people have been so wide and so great against the current administration’s over a decade long ruling that without accepting any party and any radical group they were forced to raise their voices only in the streets. What else could they do? They have got neither any security forces at hand for their protection nor got power like a government? They did what is the last resort for them and one can see their determination in their beliefs in every occasion. This has been approved by everyone. The issue is not a matter of two trees. This is the last straw. Reactions are against the decade long ruling trait.

In a large area of freedom, this great democratic platform has been evolved itself where everyone finds a place. This sociological analysis is a clear proof of why the existing political structures are over. Today, more than 35 million people under the age of 30 can no longer continue with the existing political parties. The creation of new political movement in Turkey can be shaped within a very short time and will emerge as a cadre movement instead of a leader. From now on these events will not be stoppable. Any form of use of violence will not bring any benefits to the members of the ruling party. However, it increases the perceptions of the unfair and unlawful practices against the nation. Current status is already beyond the apologizing stage. Today, it has a completely different dimension and has a lot more to do with the system’s sustainability. Unlawful practices placed Prime Minister Erdoğan in the same frame with his long condemning old friend Assad.”

VIOLENCE and AMBITION to be VICTORIOUS are not the SOLUTION

We all know that a large number of people who, including Members of the Parliament, bureaucrats, businessman even the press are under the pressure of a leader, cannot raise their voices but understand the uprising of the people and join to agree with them. As a result of this kind of pressure even my press conference is not broadcasted on any TV channels.

Indeed, the current generation is fully capable of using technology to the best, self-conscious and capable of organizing themselves will not give credit to the outdated solution proposals.
